Volkswagen of South Charlotte Poker Run To Benefit The Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte
 
The first ever Volkswagen Poker Run will take place in Charlotte this Sunday, October 17th to benefit the Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte! Owner, and General Manager, Mark Cohen continues to think outside of the box when it comes to Volkswagen of South Charlotte and is excited to host this wonderful charity event.
The first annual Peace, Love and Volkswagen Poker Run presented by Volkswagen of South Charlotte will take place on Sunday, October 17th and gets started at 1pm at the famous Charlotte Authentic German and American Cuisine restaurant, “Waldhorn Restaurant” located on Lancaster Highway in Pineville. Volkswagen of South Charlotte Peace, Love and VW Poker Run includes stops at Waldhorn Restaurant, Hickory Tavern in Lake Wylie, Buffalo Bills downtown Charlotte, Carmen Carmen Salon in Ballantyne and Urban Active Fitness on Johnston Road in South Charlotte. The day ends at Volkswagen of South Charlotte at 5pm where you’ll enjoy live music, a car show by Koss Motorsports, Vendors and Huge Prizes! The best hand also wins $200 in cash! All money from the days activities raised goes to The Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte! Entry into the Poker Run is $30, which includes a very cool “Peace, Love and Volkswagen Poker Run” Tshirt!

The APEAL study shows how gratifying a new vehicle is to own and drive, based on owner evaluations of more than 80 vehicle attributes. This information is gathered from more than 76,000 purchases and lessees of new 2010 model year cars and trucks who were surveyed after the first 90 days of ownership.
