I greatly appreciated the low pressure sales approach, which was always informative. In fact I walked out of other manufacturer dealerships which were both inconsiderate of my time and were more interested in making a sale at any cost then about listening to my financial or practical needs. VW was not originally at the top of my list but the value presented to me, and the sales approach made it a lock. I look forward to a long and pleasurable relationship with both my car and VW of South Charlotte.

David, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your assistance in making Margaret’s EOS purchase an extremely pleasant experience. You made her feel at ease from start to finish, and the entire process was made easy for her. Your professionalism is elite and product knowledge is informative and precise.
I am happy to say that you are on a short list of car salesmen that I would recommend without a moment’s hesitation.

It was a pleasure working with Philip at your dealership. He was attentive and answered all our questions. I would come back and ask for him personally if I were to purchase another vehicle.

My sales consultant Eric was wonderfully. He really made me feel like there was no pressure to buy and he would have been willing to spend the day answering my questions. This is the second VW dealership I went to and by far the superior one to deal with. I always felt like they want to make me first priority! I appreciate that.

I want to thank everytone involved with servicing my 2006 VW Passat. I have driven VWs since the late 70s. My first new car I ever bought was a VW GTI in 1987. I recently (last year) bought an awesome 06 Passat with just over 50k miles (nothing for a VW). I have now just over 70k on it. The problem was the smart key wasn't always starting the car. I took it to VW South Charlotte and was informed it would be about $1300 to fix it. I was devastated. I actually thought about selling at. If a key / steering column issue costs that what is waiting for me down the road. This is my choice of a company car and bought it for its features and reliability! I told them to fix it...I love the car too much. I called vw usa next day and asked them if there was anything they could do to help me cover the repair even though its out of warranty. They told me someone would contact me in the next few days. The dealership called me the next day and told me VW covered the whole thin!
Wow!! After having to reprogram the steering and key and getting behind the wheel I am now more loyal than ever! I've already told everyone I've talked to in the last 2 days how the scenerio played out and the end result. I want to thanks everyone involved and apologize if I leave anyone out. At VW South Charlotte Service Manager Pete Barc, Service Advisors Wesley White and Patrick Millner, GM Mark Cohen and at VW USA Latonya Alexander CS Rep and Nell Hearns the Region Case Manager. Outstanding job! Paying for the service is one thing but you all were also great to work with and expediant to solving my problem. Feel free to contact me or use me for a reference to promote VW and your dealership. I would also always be interested in hearing about new sales promotions, special service deals, etc.

This dealership really went to bat for me big time. I have been a long standing VW customer since 1986. Started with a Jetta and drove it until the wheels fell off. Literally. I was awaiting a fire engine on East Blvd near downtown Charlotte and felt this incredible energy rush thru my body. It was not a spiritual awaking but and rear-end collision. As evidence of the fact that you are reading this, the little Jetta did the dyeing for me. But I did drive it to the junk yard and claimed my $300 bucks. The Jetta experience created a loyal VW customer. After the collision I purchased a 2000 Passat which I drive until the engine gave up. VW of South Charlotte eased my pain as best they could and transitioned me into another new Passat. I went kicking and screaming all the way. The thoughts of a new-car transaction did not appeal to me at all. I'm very conservative and don't like new things at all. However, I was in a bad spot and Chris H. and David P. bailed me out. I would highly suggest buying a new VW from VW of South Charlotte.

I have bought many, many cars in my time and this was absolutely the best car buying experience I've ever had. David Phannareth was incredible and one of the very few sales agents I would recommend to others. My purchase began on the Internet and although there were 1 or 2 out of town options with a lower (slightly) price, I decided to deal with David because he followed up and met all of my needs.
I have already recommended David to 2 friends who said they might start looking for a new vehicle. I will continue to recommend David and the dealership.
This dealership is a 10 so far in my experience!

Hello - Just wanted to pass along feedback regarding a recent visit...I had an oil/filter change on my 08 Jetta on Dec 31 and the customer service was EXCELLENT. You can really tell the dealership is under new management. Very pleased with treatment and service. I worked with Yvonne and (I believe) Keith was the service manager. I am definitely a satisfied customer.

I recently visited VW of South Charlotte to explore the sign and drive deals featured on the new VW CC model. My experiece was quite positive. Not only as I impressed with the vehicle and all the features for the price - but the sales person (Dominic Spence) and the finance team made my trade and lease purchase a seamless transaction.
I told them upfront my terms and interests - and they worked hard to make a deal that I would be happy with. I am now a proud owner of a new 2010 VW CC - and love the car.
It helps that my experience at the dealership was a positive one. In fact - I was out of the dealership and in my new car within 2.5 hours - from start to finish.
If you are considering a new car - consider the VW cc and the current sign and drive program. You get a lot for you hard earned dollars - and the team there will work to earn your business.

Thank you for contacting me. I am glad to hear that Carolina Volkswagen has transitioned to a new management team. It was much needed. My in-store experience left much to be desired.
I have purchased my dream car through Volkswagen of South Charlotte. Absolutely an ideal sales experience and one I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
Sincerely,
Angela
