While all four wheels get vibrated, bounced, and bumped, two-wheel drive vehicles have something called a fixed axle for two of the wheels (usually the back wheels). The fixed axle makes it so that your wheels are locked into their place, and will go in the same direction at the same angle for as long as the car lives. The other two wheels are used for navigation, so they need to be more flexible, move more, and thus are susceptible to alignment changes.
